Commentator on PA TV promotes "popular intifada," such as "fights with the rock, fights with the firebomb"

Official PA TV program Panorama of the Hour, hosting political commentator Mukheimar Abu Sa’ada
Political commentator Mukheimar Abu Sa’ada: “We Palestinians have failed in creating a popular intifada, a peaceful intifada, [as well as] a violent intifada against the Israeli occupation in the West Bank. We failed in supporting the intifada to give it momentum in order to make the lives of the Israelis in the settlements hell, or even at the checkpoints, unfortunately we have failed at this. It is as if the Palestinian factions do not want this, which is a dangerous thing. The Palestinian rift (i.e., between Hamas and Fatah) is what exposed the truth of this intifada[‘s failure]. The Palestinian rift is what has weakened the intifada, because there is no unified leadership, because there is no coordination and initiative, and the retreat of the factions from their popular role regarding the operations (i.e., terror attacks) of individuals here and there has weakened the shape of the intifada.
The correct way to influence in the West Bank is by way of the popular intifada, and very large population density standing at the Israeli checkpoints, standing at the intersections, which blocks the roads to the settlements, and fights with the rock, fights with firebombs – this is the way that influences Israeli society the most.”

Palestinian terror wave (2015-2016) – Palestinian violence and terror attacks against Israelis, ‎including stabbings, shootings, throwing Molotov cocktails and car rammings. The terror wave started in September 2015, and as of July 2016, 40 people were killed (36 Israelis, 1 Palestinian, 2 Americans, and 1 foreign worker from Eritrea) and over 500 wounded.
