PA cartoon: Israel executes prisoners through medical neglect

Text and cartoon posted on the Facebook page of the PA National Security Forces Posted text: "#[PA_]Palestinian_National_Security_Forces" The cartoon shows an Israeli soldier with a grotesquely large nose holding a noose attached to an infusion, as a Palestinian prisoner kneels before him. This apparently refers to the PA libels accusing the Israeli Prison Service of “executing” prisoners through medical neglect.
