PA TV host announces boycott of Palestinian newspaper Al-Quds due to its interview of Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman

Official PA TV program This Morning, about boycotting the Al-Quds newspaper due to its interview of Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman
The PA TV hosts usually read the headlines from the local Palestinian newspapers at the beginning of the program.
Official PA TV host: "There is no choice but to mention on this morning [Oct. 24, 2016] that the Al-Quds newspaper is publishing a special interview with the occupation’s Minister of Army (i.e., Israeli Defense Minister) Avigdor Liberman. The newspaper and Hebrew sources announced last night that this interview took place five days ago, and the one called the coordinator of the occupation in the occupied areas is who organized this meeting. Actually, the social media websites and many Palestinian media people criticized this step by the Al-Quds newspaper that bears the name of the occupied Palestinian capital city and it is the one that conducted this interview with Liberman. Of course, Liberman is known for his positions and orientation and also his actions against the Palestinian citizens. The interview took place and the newspaper allocated a full page for it in addition to the front page with the headline. I will not read any of it. Perhaps Duha (i.e., other PA TV host) if he wants…
We are determined to boycott the news items of the [Al-Quds] newspaper today as a mark of protest over this interview. We will not read from the Al-Quds newspaper, but rather will make do with just the two newspapers Al-Ayyam and Al-Hayat Al-Jadida this morning."

Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman gave an interview to the Palestinian newspaper Al-Quds on Oct. 24, 2016, in which he promised to build a port and airport in Gaza if Hamas stops rearming and attacking Israel, and said he supports the two-state solution.
