“[Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa] Karake and his entourage visited Abd Al-Rahim Al-Skafi, the father of prisoners Alaa (i.e., terrorist) who was sentenced to 30 years (sic., 1 life sentence), and Yusuf Al-Skafi (i.e., terrorist) who was sentenced to one life sentence (sic., 4 life sentences) and recently suffers from several illnesses.”
