Official PA daily uses non-recognition terminology: "The Interior," "1948 territories"

Headline: “The [PA] president emphasized the importance of the role of the Palestinians of the Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel) in strengthening the connection and the opportunities for peace”
     “[PA] President Mahmoud Abbas welcomed a delegation of the leadership of the Balad Party in the 1948 territories (i.e., Israel), led by the party’s Secretary-General Dr. Mtanes Shehadeh, yesterday evening [Feb. 20, 2017] at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah.”
