PA Security Forces postpone release of political detainee

“Member of the information bureau of Hizb ut-Tahrir (i.e., the Party of Liberation, an international Salafist political organization) in Palestine Baher Saleh reported that the PA Security Forces are postponing the release of member of the information bureau of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Palestine Dr. Maher Al-Jabari, despite the publication of the court’s decision on the matter yesterday, Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017. Saleh condemned this and said that this is an additional violation that the PA is perpetrating against Al-Jabari, who has been subject to a political detention since Feb. 4, 2017.”
