Daughter of terrorist responsible for the murder of 67 reads letter to her father at school assembly: "Father, I am very proud of you"
Headline: “The daughter of prisoner Abdallah Barghouti: ‘You are still standing firm, father’”
“‘It is my right to see you and to live at your side’ – these are the words said by the girl Safa, the daughter of heroic prisoner Abdallah Barghouti (i.e., terrorist who prepared explosives for attacks in which 67 were murdered) who has the longest sentence in the occupation’s prisons – 67 life sentences. Abdallah last kissed his daughter’s forehead when she was 35 days old, and currently she is a 14-year-old girl who is still waiting for the second kiss…
Safa conveyed a message to her father Abdallah Barghouti in the occupation’s prisons, as the prisoners started the fifth day of their hunger strike to fight the jailers through their empty stomachs. On the stage of her school, the Qassem Al-Rimawi High School for Girls, as part of the opportunity that the school provided to the prisoners’ daughters to convey messages to their fathers in the prisons, she said: ‘Father, I am very proud of you. I love you very much father, if only you will be proud of us too. Father, we remember you every day and every moment, and you are still standing firm and stable. Father, if only you will be by our sides and with us next year. It is my right to see you and for you to live by my side, and I repeated the word “father” many times because I never got to say it.’”
