“According to the Central Bureau of Statistics… the number of prisoners in the occupation’s prisons and the Israeli detention centers currently stands at 6,500 prisoners, including 57 female prisoners - 13 of whom are minors, over 300 children, approximately 500 administrative detainees, 13 [PA] Parliament members, 20 prisoners who were arrested before the signing of the [1993] Oslo Accords, and 44 prisoners who have served over 20 years.”
