Headline: “The [PA] president condemns the terror attack in Minya, and emphasizes standing by Egypt and its leadership against terror”
“[PA] President Mahmoud Abbas condemned the terror attack that took place west of the city of Minya in Egypt, in which 28 (sic., 29) Egyptians died as Martyrs (Shahids) and dozens of Coptic pilgrims were wounded (see note below –Ed.)… The president personally, on his [own] behalf and on behalf of the State of Palestine and its people, condemned this atrocious incident. He emphasized that our people stands by Egypt and its leadership, led by [Egyptian] President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, in their war on terror and those who are trying to stir up a civil war and harm the social fabric.”

The article refers to a terror attack in Egypt’s Minya province on May 26, 2017, in which Muslim terrorists opened fire on a bus of Coptic Christians on their way to a monastery murdering 29, including children. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack.
