Raed Abu Saris – a Palestinian terrorist who drove suicide bomber Muhannad Salahat, a terrorist of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades (Fatah’s military wing), to the café My Coffee Shop in Tel Aviv where he blew himself up on March 30, 2002, murdering Israeli civilian Rachel Charchi, 36, and wounding around 30 others. Abu Saris is serving a life sentence.
