PLO official calls Temple Mount riots “Jerusalem Intifada,” praises rioters for “resolve”

"PLO Executive Committee member and Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) Political Bureau member Tayseer Khaled published a post on social media in response to the occupation authorities having removed the metal detectors that they tried to place at the entrances to the Jerusalem Noble Sanctuary (i.e., the Temple Mount. The detectors were placed there following a terror attack there on July 14, 2017, in which 2 Israelis were murdered; see note below)…
At the end of his post he saluted the religious and national sources of authority that are leading the Jerusalem Intifada, and everyone that is standing firm and carrying out Ribat (i.e., religious conflict/war over land claimed to be Islamic) and protecting their holy sites in occupied Jerusalem, [who] through their adherence, resolve, and sacrifice have returned to Jerusalem its political and spiritual status on the local and international levels as the eternal capital of the people and the State of Palestine."
Muhammad Ahmad Muhammad Jabarin, Muhammad Hamed Abd Al-Latif Jabarin, and Muhammad Ahmad Mufaddal Jabarin - Israeli Arab terrorists aged 29, 19, and 19, who shot from the Temple Mount at Israeli policemen, murdering 2 Israeli Druze border policemen - Haiel Stawi and Kamil Shnaan, on July 14, 2017. Two of the terrorists were shot and killed by other policemen during the attack. The third terrorist was shot and killed while trying to flee.
