Hamas MPs to be given their salaries that were being held by the PA

“Several issues and topics were raised in [PA] Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah’s meeting with a delegation of the Hamas Movement in the West Bank, which was held in his office yesterday [Aug. 14, 2017]. Hamas [PA] Parliament Member Abd Al-Jaber Fuqaha… noted that they spoke about the salaries of the parliament members that were stopped, and the delegation received promises to return the salaries, but without a specific time being determined for this. The [PA] Parliament members also obtained promises several days ago from Head of [PA General] Intelligence Majed Faraj to return the parliament members’ salaries, during the delegation’s meeting with [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas.”
