“Yesterday [Aug. 30, 2017] the Ramallah District scouts held an exceptional scouts procession that passed through the streets of the cities of Ramallah and El-Bireh for Eid Al-Adha (i.e., Muslim “Sacrifice Feast” holiday). District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam led the procession, with the heads of the [PA] Security Forces and the representatives of the municipalities alongside her... The district governor emphasized that... despite the pain, we adhere to the hope that stems from our faith in the justice of our cause, and that the joy will not be complete until similar scouts processions will be held in Jerusalem after it is liberated from the occupation’s filth.
