He showed understanding of the uniqueness of Hebron, the Old City [of Hebron], and the Ibrahimi Mosque (i.e., the Cave of the Patriarchs), following the violations that [Hebron] is subjected to and that affect the residents, students, administration bodies, and education, which requires attention and an attempt to overcome these crises.”
