“Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake said that Jerusalem will only be the fully sovereign capital of the independent State of Palestine, thanks to the determination of the free people of the world and the willpower of the members of our people. Karake said this during a series of meetings that he conducted as part of the events in which a delegation from the Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs is participating in the capital of Morocco, Rabat.”
