PA TV exaggerates Israeli response to Israeli fighter jet being shot down, portrays Israelis as weak in “state of great panic”
Official PA TV, special broadcast on an Israeli fighter jet being downed by Syria on Feb. 10, 2018, during an airstrike on military targets launched in response to an Iranian drone infiltrating Israeli airspace from Syria
Official PA TV Reporter: “Israel is now attempting first of all to calm the situation on the Israeli street, which appears to be in a state of panic… First of all, the Israeli street is in a state of great panic. The Israeli street - as soon as the sirens sounded this morning [Feb. 10, 2018] this aroused panic among the Israelis. Of course the request now to clear the bomb shelters indicates that this escalation is actually a fact.”
