“The scope of the expansion of settlements in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, has multiplied itself several times since the Oslo Accords that were signed at the White House garden in Washington on Sept. 13, 1993, according to the weekly report of the National Bureau for Land Defense and Settlement Resistance… The settlers in the settlement of Etz Efraim are continuing… to build additional settlement units at the expense of the lands of the village of Mas’ha, west of Salfit and next to the territories that were occupied in 1948 (i.e., Israel).”
