The Center said that it views the increase in the phenomenon of women being murdered under different circumstances with great concern… According to the statistics in the hands of the Center, in the last five years 56 women have been murdered under different circumstances in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, of which 13 were murdered under the circumstances of what is called ‘family honor.’”
