Girls’ school in PA named “Tal Al-Rabia” (i.e., Tel Aviv)
Headline: “The girls’ schools in Al-Dhahiriya dominate the Southern Hebron Education Directorate table tennis championship”
“The Southern Hebron Education and Higher Education Directorate (i.e., branch of the PA Ministry of Education) concluded the girls’ table tennis championship… The Tal Al-Rabia (i.e., Tel Aviv; see note below) School from Al-Dhahiriya also ascended to the winners’ podium.”
Tal Al-Rabia is the Palestinians’ Arabic translation of Tel Aviv, to wrongly imply the existence of an Arab village of that name prior to Tel Aviv.
