Title of map: “Arab States Bordering Palestine” The map, referred to as “Palestine,” includes Israel, the West Bank and Gaza. By showing this whole area in the same color, the map makes it appear that all of Israel is part of “Palestine.” Neither the text nor the map make any reference to Israel.
