"Dalal Mughrabi (i.e., terrorist who led murder of 37, 12 of them children in the Coastal Road massacre), the almond flower of March
A legend that will not die / the Palestinian coastal operation
The 41st anniversary
All glory to the Martyrs (Shahids), who are more honorable than us
To Paradise together with the prophets, the righteous, and the Martyrs"

The image shows a cartoonized picture of terrorist bomb maker Shadia Abu Ghazaleh – which was evidently meant to represent Dalal Mughrabi – crouching on a black-and-white checkered surface in a military uniform and holding a Kalashnikov assault rifle. A path leads from the checkered surface to the Dome of the Rock above which the Palestinian flag is waving.
