Fatah "does not recognize Israel"

Ahmad Assaf, Fatah spokesman:
"Fatah is not responding [to the Goldstone Report], is not apologizing, is not sorry, and does not recognize Israel. It is the PLO that negotiates on behalf of the Palestinian people."
