"[PA] President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas called Israeli President Reuven Rivlin today, Thursday [June 6, 2019], in order to convey his condolences to him over the death of his wife.

His Honor expressed his condolences to President Rivlin during the call, and asked that God give him and the family of the deceased patience and consolation.

Rivlin thanked President Mahmoud Abbas for his call, and blessed him for Eid Al-Fitr (i.e., Muslim holiday marking the end of Ramadan)."
