Fatah Jerusalem branch visits families of terrorists serving long sentences

"A delegation from the Jerusalem branch of the Fatah Movement, represented by Jerusalem Branch Secretary Shadi Mattour and Jerusalem branch head of prisoner and holy site affairs Awad Al-Salaymeh… visited the families of Jerusalem prisoners with long sentences to bless them for the Eid Al-Fitr (i.e., Muslim holiday marking the end of Ramadan), as part of the Jerusalem resolve campaign.
The prisoners' families are: the family of prisoner Majdi Za'atri (i.e., terrorist, participated in murder of 23), prisoner Alaa Al-Bazian (i.e., terrorist, involved in at least 2 murders), prisoner Ayman Sharbati (i.e., terrorist, responsible for at least 1 murder), prisoner Husam Shahin (i.e., terrorist and member of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, serving 27 years), prisoner Muhannad Jweihan (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1 together with three others), and the family of the most veteran of the Jerusalem prisoners Samir Abu Nimeh (i.e., terrorist, involved in murder of 1).
Head of prisoner and holy site affairs Awad Al-Salaymeh blessed the prisoners' families and wished for them to be released soon and that next year the prisoners would be together with their mothers, fathers, wives, and children.
Al-Salaymeh said: 'The prisoners are an inseparable part of the Palestinian cause, and [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas has emphasized that our prisoners' cause is a red line.'"
