"The Israeli occupation forces closed many main roads to villages west of Ramallah yesterday [Aug. 23, 2019], and increased their military presence at the entrances to the Ramallah and El-Bireh districts, on the pretext of the killing of a female settler and the wounding of two additional people next to the settlement of Dolev (sic, Rina Shnerb, who was murdered, and her wounded father and brother, were from the Israeli city of Lod), which is located on [Palestinian] citizens' land west of Ramallah."
