“The [PA] government announced the payment of the salaries (rawatib) of the government employees in the West Bank and Gaza next week at a rate of 60% of the salaries, according to the criteria approved in the past. And so too regarding the payment of the debts of needy families by the [PA] Ministry of Social Affairs in the amount of 110 million [Israeli] shekels, together with the government employee salaries next week, knowing that 90 million shekels of [the money] are intended for the Gaza Strip.”
