“President of the [PLO] Families of the Martyrs and Wounded Institution Intisar Al-Wazir said that there is nothing new on the topic of restoring the salaries of the families of the Martyrs and the wounded in Gaza.

In an exclusive statement to [the independent Palestinian news agency] Donia Al-Watan, she said: ‘There is nothing new on the topic of restoring the salaries of the families of the Martyrs and the wounded, but every month the salaries of 50-60 of the families of the Martyrs and the wounded are being restored,’ without noting additional details.

Local media outlets previously quoted Al-Wazir as saying that the salaries of a new group from among the families of the prisoners (sic.) and the Martyrs were restored.”
