The cartoon shows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu driving an Israeli military vehicle with a troubled expression on his face and sweat dripping down his forehead. Two Israeli soldiers with kippahs (Jewish skullcaps) on their heads – one Ethiopian and one blond – are standing in the vehicle and fighting each other. There is a Star of David on the side of the vehicle and an Israeli flag flying from it.

The cartoon refers to protests and demonstrations by Ethiopian Jews in Israel after Ethiopian Jew Solomon Teka threw rocks at an off-duty police officer and his family on June 30, 2019, and in response the officer shot at the ground, accidentally killing Teka with the ricochet.
