PA pays terrorist salaries in full, public, civilian, and military employees' salaries receive only 60% of their salaries

Official PA TV News, on terrorist salaries being paid in full and PA public employee salaries at a rate of 60%

Official PA TV newsreader 1: "The [PA] Ministry of Finance announced that tomorrow [May 2, 2019] it will pay the [public] employees' salaries at a rate of 60% and all of the allowances (mukhassasat) of the families of the Martyrs, the wounded, and the prisoners."

Official PA TV newsreader 2: "[PA] Ministry [of Finance] Spokesman Abd Al-Rahman Bayatneh said that in accordance with [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas'] orders, 60% of the public, civilian, and military employees' salaries will be paid, in addition to the regular payment of travel expenses to all of the civilian employees."
