Fatah Shabiba Youth Movement leader Raed Debiy: "I want to say that we have a problem, for instance in the US with this fascist and racist [US President Donald] Trump, and with central figures in his administration, including racist settler [US Ambassador to Israel David] Friedman, who has outdone the central figures in the extremist Israeli right-wing with his statements and policy… We are not defending [only] the Palestinian people and the cause of Palestine in this matter [of Jerusalem]. Prophet [Muhammad], may Allah's prayers be upon him, is a prophet for all Muslims and all of humanity, and lord Jesus too. He is not only Palestinian, but rather a prophet for all of humanity. Therefore, the Palestinians are struggling today so that Jerusalem will remain a place of coexistence, peace, and stability. They reject that the racists and settlers will live in [Jerusalem]. Accordingly, we are defending the honor of the Arab and Islamic nation, and also defending all of humanity."
