Monument to "Martyr Dalal Mughrabi" is not terror says Dahlan
“Muhammad Dahlan, member of the Fatah Central Committee… said that the [Palestinian] National Authority has done what it was supposed to and has given the American effort sufficient opportunity, but it cannot tolerate [settlement] activity or live with settlement, which fundamentally represents terror of the first degree, harming the land and the people. He continued: 'Terror is not, as Israel claims, the establishment of a monument to the Shahida (Martyr) Dalal Mughrabi.'"
Note: Dalal Mughrabi led the most lethal terror attack in Israel’s history in 1978, when she and other terrorists hijacked a bus and killed 37 civilians, 12 of them children.
