5 year prison sentence for Palestinian who attempted to sell land to Israelis

"The [PA] Jerusalem Appeals Court headed by Judge Abd Al-Jawad Mara'beh, together with Judge Bilal Abu Hantash and Judge Saed Ghannam, and based on the evidence and pleas presented by the appeals attorney’s office - represented by Deputy Attorney General Rana Ubeid - , convicted the accused M.R. of taking part of the Palestinian lands in order to annex them to a foreign state, in violation of clause 1/1 of Legal Decision 20 of 2014. The court sentenced him to 5 years of imprisonment and a monetary fine of 500 Jordanian dinars for legal expenses after he was acquitted by a court of first instance."
