PA news agency on "racism" in Israeli media: Israelis consider Palestinian prisoners to be terrorists

Headline: "WAFA monitors the racism and incitement in the Israeli media"

"The Palestinian [official PA] news agency WAFA documented in a report the incitement and racism against the Palestinians in the Israeli media outlets… during the period between Oct. 27 [2019] and Nov. 1 [2019]…

In [the Israeli newspaper] Makor Rishon, Yishai Friedman wrote [on Oct. 31, 2019] that 'The PA grants the terrorist prisoners fictitious academic graduation certificates in human rights.' The author of the article claimed: 'The parents of Shadi Abu Shakhdam (i.e., terrorist, involved in murder of 6) from Hebron were very proud. Their son, who is serving 6 life sentences in Israeli prison, recently received a certificate that confirms that he is a graduate of courses in The Foundations of Diplomacy and a certified diploma in International Law and Human Rights. The happy parents, who accepted the certificate on behalf of their son, were photographed at a celebratory ceremony with senior PA officials.'

This article confirms that for a number of Israeli politicians and journalists, the Palestinian prisoners are 'terrorists' (sic., the majority of Israeli politicians and journalists consider them terrorists, and Israeli law relates to them as such) who do not know the meaning of the concept of human rights, and that is the narrative with which they are trying to brainwash the Israeli street."

Fadi Abu Shkhaydam - Palestinian terrorist who participated in planning the suicide bombing carried out by Andalib Takatka near the Jerusalem Mahane Yehuda outdoor market on April 12, 2002, in which 6 were murdered and more than 80 wounded. Abu Shakhdam is serving 6 life sentences and an additional 20 years.
