Former Israeli Arab Parliament Member and Emile Touma Research Center Chairman Dr. Issam Makhoul: “What Israel is doing in Africa, including regarding the Nile River, and regarding Sudan, the division of Sudan, the division of states, bringing down governments, and economic projects everywhere – I think these are Israel stretching out its arms.
