The cartoon shows a Palestinian woman in a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) standing next to an Israeli security wall and guard tower. The woman is crying and her tears are turning into doves that are flying away. Protruding from her stomach as if she were pregnant is a prison cell, and sitting in the cell is a prisoner with chains around his legs. The woman’s heart is connected to the prisoner by what appears to be an umbilical cord.
