The cartoon shows a Muslim terrorist armed with an assault rifle replacing the brain of a Muslim with a time bomb as he kneels on a carpet in prayer. The Muslim terrorist throws the brain to a hungry dog. Another Muslim is waiting in line to have his brain replaced with a time bomb as well.
