Official PA TV program Palestine This Morning, on Mother’s Day, Interview with Um Nasser Abu Hmeid, the mother of terrorists responsible for at least 10 murders – see note below
Official PA TV host: “We will talk about the occasion [of Mother’s Day], and about how much you have given in your life to the entire generation you raised. You have given the homeland the most beautiful young people of the homeland, who have defended, endured, died as Martyrs (Shahids), been imprisoned, [and who have] rejected and not agreed to live in humiliation and contempt – how much do you remember all of these stops with great endurance, after bringing the great lofty ones into the world?”
…
Um Nasser Abhu Hmeid: “This woman (Munira Shehadeh, PMW was unable to verify details regarding her sons –Ed.) tells me: ‘[I wish that] my son had not died as a Martyr.’ I say to her: ‘No, it is good for her, the mother of a Martyr – she has guaranteed herself a house, a palace in Paradise. We don’t need to talk like that, we need to think that everything is with Allah.’”
…
Host: “You are truly an example of the resistance, and your endurance – you can spread your endurance and strength to all the mothers, the mothers of the prisoners and the mothers of the Martyrs. We are proud to view the Palestinian women in this way.”
