Arab-Israelis recruited for Palestinian universities

"[PA] Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Mahmoud Abu Mouis emphasized the ministry's interest in Palestinian students from the Interior (i.e., Israel) who are registered in Palestinian institutions of higher education, and whose number is more than 10,000 male and female students.

Abu Mouis emphasized the importance of the integration of students from the Interior in all of the Palestinian institutions of higher education yesterday [May 28, 2019] during his meeting with the head of the education brief in the interior areas Yusuf Jabarin, and promised to ease their registration process at the Palestinian universities.

The minister ordered to designate guidance programs that will contribute to raising the percentage of registration by students from the Interior in Palestinian institutions of higher education."
