PA pays all terrorists regardless of affiliation

Official PA TV News, hosting released prisoner terrorist Abd Al-Fattah Doleh, who participated in the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Ofir Rahum

Released prisoner terrorist Abd Al-Fattah Doleh: “We, as released prisoners, emphasize that we cannot be silent over the [denial of] a released prisoner’s rights, regardless of his faction. This is because the issue of the struggle is an issue that includes the entire Palestinian nation. A short while ago, I saw a letter on the social media sites from young Thaer Al-Haimouni from Hebron. This young man conveyed his gratitude and blessings to the PA and [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas and said: ‘I have a Martyr brother and a prisoner brother who has been serving 6 life sentences for 20 years already. Both the Martyr and the prisoner are from the Hamas Movement.’ [Al-Haimouni] said: ‘Well done to the PA, which pays the salaries of this Martyr and prisoner indiscriminately, despite them being Hamas members.’ In fact, out of the released prisoners, nearly 4,000 of them are from Hamas and they receive their salaries without any problem.’”

Abd Al-Fattah Doleh – Palestinian terrorist and member of the Tanzim (Fatah terror faction). He participated in the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Ofir Rahum on Jan. 17, 2001. Amna Muna (a female accomplice) met Rahum in an Internet chat room and engaged him in an online romance that culminated in his agreeing to meet her. She drove him to Ramallah, where they were met by Doleh and another accomplice, Hassan Alkadi, who shot and killed Rahum. Doleh served 12 years in prison and was released on June 30, 2016. After being released, Doleh was appointed as a PLO Commission of Prisoners' Affairs executive committee member and Fatah Commission of Mobilization and Organization spokesman.
