PA police arrest man on charges of transferring lands in Jerusalem “to dubious elements“

“The [PA] police captured a man yesterday [April 4, 2019] who has evaded the law for the last year and a half, after he was sentenced in absentia to 7 years in prison, on charges of transferring lands in the suburbs of occupied Jerusalem to dubious elements.

The police statement noted that during a joint patrol of the Biddu police station and the judicial police, and after search and interrogation procedures, a man who has evaded the law for the last year and a half – and who was sentenced in absentia to 7 years in prison on charges of transferring lands in the village of Al-Judeira, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, to dubious elements – was found. The man attempted to disguise himself as someone else and escape, but the police succeeded in capturing him.
