Father of terrorist murderer whose home was demolished: House was "temporary" until we return to Israeli city of Ramle
Headline: "The Maghamis family is proud and defies the occupation's demolition policy"
"In the suburbs of Birzeit at the entrance of Burham, north of Ramallah, at midnight, amid a light breeze and relatively cold weather, a small group of young people remain awake at night before the house of prisoner Yazan Maghamis (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1 together with an accomplice)… Half an hour later, in other words at 12:30 a.m., over 25 of the occupation's military vehicles raided, accompanied by two military bulldozers – one to clear the way and remove the obstacles, and the second to demolish Maghamis' house…
Yazan's father said: 'We have lost a part of us; we had a strong tie to this house. However, we will continue to adhere to return to our original house in Al-Haditha that is part of Ramle (i.e., an Israeli city), from where we were expelled in 1948. The house that was demolished was 'temporary' and all of our presence here is temporary, and one day we will return to our village and our land.'

It should be noted that Yazan Maghamis, 21, a student at Birzeit University, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2019, and a decision to demolish the family's house was issued on Feb. 20, 2020, on the charge of his participation in carrying out the Ein Burin operation west of Ramallah on Aug. 23, 2019 (i.e., terror attack, 1 murdered)."
