The cartoon shows an Israeli jailor with a stereotypically large nose wearing a uniform and helmet covered in protrusions resembling the peplomers on the Coronavirus viral envelope. The jailor is holding in one hand the end of a rope tied around a prisoner's arms tied behind the prisoner’s back, and in his other hand an assault rifle.

The publication of this cartoon follows repeated claims in the PA media that Israel is putting prisoners at risk of being infected by the Coronavirus by keeping them in prison, and PA demands to free all Palestinian prisoners to protect their health.
