Posted text: “The occupation is opening the water channels in the town of Bir Nabala [north of Jerusalem] and the town of Beit Hanina (sic., not a town, but a predominantly Arab neighborhood of Jerusalem) in order to ease the smuggling of the [Palestinian] laborers from the occupied Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel) into the West Bank.”
