“Jerusalem District Governor Adnan Ghaith warned against the occupation authorities’ acts, the exertion of unprecedented pressures, and the escalation of the aggression against all the Jerusalem residents, and commented on the increased suffering of the Jerusalem residents in light of the Coronavirus epidemic, which is accompanied by ongoing neglect by the occupation authorities in the Arab neighborhoods of the city.

Ghaith told [the official PA daily] Al-Hayat Al-Jadida: ‘Jerusalem is an unusual case, especially because the occupied city is surrounded by the racist separation wall and is divided into cantons due to the occupation’s measures, and this capital is being violated due to the spread of the settlement and outpost cancer in its neighborhoods and alleys.’”
