PA blames Israel for wounding armed terrorist

“Civilian [Muhammad Risha] (i.e., terrorist, wounded 1) was shot and wounded yesterday [April 28, 2020] by the occupation forces (sic., an armed civilian) in Kfar Saba, which is within the 1948 territories (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel), on the pretext that he carried out a stabbing operation according to the Israeli media outlets. The sources explained that the occupation police arrested the young person after he was wounded.”

Muhammad Risha - 19-year-old Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and wounded a 62-year-old Israeli woman in Kfar Saba on April 28, 2020, Israeli Memorial Day. Risha was shot and wounded by a civilian during the attack and put under arrest. Risha is still awaiting trial as of May 3, 2020.
