PA bickers with Hamas about dead terrorist murderer

“[PA] President Mahmoud Abbas issued an order recognizing citizen Issam Al-Sa’afin, who was murdered in the Hamas Movement’s prison, as one of the Martyrs of the Palestinian revolution.

It should be noted that Martyr Al-Sa’afinwas arrested by the Hamas [security] forces on Jan. 27, 2020, and was transferred to the Dar Al-Shifa Hospital on Feb. 22, 2020, as a result of the torture he underwent. Shortly afterwards he passed away as a result of the cruel torture he underwent, which caused him wounds and fractures in different parts of his body.”
