Israel blamed by East Jerusalem doctors for Coronavirus

“Doctors in Jerusalem have warned against a large and accelerated spread of the Coronavirus in the Jerusalem neighborhoods in light of the occupation’s information blackout regarding this spread, and its negligence in conducting [medical] checks for the Jerusalem residents and providing them with preventive measures.

This warning came as part of a call made by the Jerusalem Doctor Network, and this was following the surprising announcement two days ago [April 12, 2020] on the large number of sick people in Silwan (a predominantly Arab neighborhood near the Old City of Jerusalem, built above ruins of ancient Jerusalem -Ed.).”
