Qadri Abu Bakr: "… The Israeli central region military commander issued an order on Feb. 9 [2020] determining that it is necessary to seize the money of those [who they] consider of course as terrorists – our fighters… We had a meeting with the [PA] Monetary Authority and some of the banks… I said that the most important thing is that the prisoners’ accounts remain and not be closed." …
