Israel deliberately harms prisoners with policy of “medical neglect” - PLO official repeats libel

Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Qadri Abu Bakr: "The 224 [deceased prisoners] have not all [died] as a result of medical neglect. Some were executed at the beginning of their imprisonment, and even inside the prisons – they were shot. But most of them really [died] from deliberate medical neglect. We’ve always called this medical neglect, but it’s deliberate through policy and planning by the highest [Israeli] echelons"
