Erekat apologizes for “cooperation with Israel” to combat the Corona pandemic

Official PA TV program Topic of the Day, on the Coronavirus pandemic, hosting PLO Executive Committee Secretary, Fatah Central Committee member, and PLO Chief Negotiator Saeb Erekat 

Erekat: “At the beginning we tried as much as we could to create cooperation with Israel, because really eradicating this epidemic requires cooperation between everyone. In other words, if all the [family] members in a home do not cooperate, the epidemic will spread, so how much more so between states. In other words, it will only be possible to control this epidemic after finding the necessary treatment, the necessary vaccine. Therefore, we began to cooperate with the [Israeli] occupation authorities.”
